Registration Open NOW: MAKE SURE you use a VALID E-MAIL!
Add Items to Your Inventory: Today until the last day of the sale (that’s right- we RESTOCK DAILY while the sale is live. LAST DAY to ENSURE items are in the presale: October 21
Pre-sale Day: October 23 (You will get a special passcode to shop before anyone else)
Public Sale: October 24-29
Half Off Days: October 28-29 (for items marked Discount-sellers will shop this sale first)
Print your SOLD item Tags & Get items ready for delivery: Saturday-Monday (October 30- November 1)
Remote Drop-Off of small sold items: evening of November 1 (we will meet at WNC Ag Center, Ingles @ New Stock Rd, and Home Depot in Candler to grab sold items and save you a trip if it isn’t a big load- sign-up in advance to take advantage of this service) ALL CONSIGNORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO SIGN UP FOR A DROP OFF APPT at the CHURCH so that your will get reminders and in the event that you sell a lot and won’t be eligible for the remote option!
Drop Off @ St. John’s Episcopal Church in East Asheville: November 2-3 (You will schedule a drop off appointment when you register). Bring only your SOLD ITEMS & BRING ANY DONATIONS you have to our CHARITABLE VILLAGE partners who will be available to accept donations on-site (and provide donation receipts).
Pick-Up Purchases @ St. John’s Episcopal Church in East Asheville: November 5-6 (You will schedule a pick up appointment when you make your purchases online).

At the close of each sale, we will tell you to check your email for your check!
If you have any troubles – no worries! You can go to https://my.echecks.com/login/deluxe and set up a free account using the same email address that you used for your Village Trade Consignor account (It is the email we issued the check to) and create a password.
Once you have an account, you will be able to retrieve your check that way and print it out on plain paper (b&w or color) for mobile deposit, bank deposit or for cashing. If you have any questions you can call them at: 877-333-6964.
