What to Expect at Pick Up
Alright, so you’ve successfully consigned some great things and you scored some amazing deals while online shopping! Now What?
When you pay for your items online, you will be prompted to schedule a pick up appointment. Only schedule one pick up appointment even if you have multiple check-outs throughout the sale. As long as you use the same email address for each transaction, we will magically combine your purchases into one order for pick up.
If an item in the order was not dropped off by the seller, we will issue a refund. If an item is found during inspection to be stained, broken, have missing pieces/batteries or does not match the descriptions when purchased, then we will refund the item. We will NOT process refunds for buyers remorse or any other reason other than quality standards or not being dropped off. Large items will be picked up at the same time. Bring help, straps, tie downs, etc. if needed.
ALL SALES FINAL. ITEMS SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS ONCE ITEMS HAVE LEFT THE PREMISES.
REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED ONLY if items are found to be damaged/stained when you pick up your items.
We recommend that you check your items at our Inspection Stations prior to signing for them and taking them home.
