- Last day to enter inventory to GUARANTEE items will be in Presale (items can be added throughout the sale until May 3rd)

- VILLAGE TRADE PRESALE
- sellers & guests shop with a passcode
Sunday, April 30th
- VILLAGE TRADE OPENS to PUBLIC
Wednesday, May 3rd
- Last day to enter inventory
- Sale will temporarily CLOSE at 9pm to run discount software
Thursday, May 4th
- DISCOUNT PRESALE
- sellers shop deals first ’til noon with a passcode
- 12 PM: DISCOUNT SALE OPENS to PUBLIC
Saturday, May 6th
- 6 AM: ONLINE SALE OFFICIALLY CLOSES- FINAL CONSIGNOR SOLD ITEM REPORTS WILL BE UPLOADED BY NOON (watch your email for updates)
Sunday, May 7th
- 6:30 PM: Remote Drop Offs
Tuesday, May 9th
- Sold Item Drop Off @ St. John’s Episcopal Church (East Asheville) (make drop-off appt from your consignor account)
Thursday, May 11th
Friday, May 12th
- Purchase Pick Up @ St John’s Episcopal Church (East Asheville)
- 6:30 PM: Remote Purchase Pick Up

ALL SALES FINAL. ITEMS SOLD AS-IS. NO RETURNS ONCE ITEMS HAVE LEFT THE PREMISES.
Refunds will be offered only if Items are found to be inaccurately described when you pick up your items.
We recommend you carefully check your items at our Inspection Stations prior to signing for them.
